Two redundant full 8“ vertical TFT panels with a total area of 10.4“ optimise the display availability of the MFTR8/2S3. Both displays are full-function units which are individually replaceable and fulfil the demands on minimising life cycle costs. The driver can manually switch between the terminals. They can be used for train safety applications like ETCS, LZB and, of course, each customer application. The MFTR8/2 unit is optionally equipped with IconTrust.
